Wood chip biomass gasification power generation plant
Raw material:
wood chip,wood shaving,rice husk,bamboo residue,herbal residue,building templet,corn cob,sugarcane,coconut fiber,coconut shell,palm shell,straw,stalk etc.But plastic,rubber and other chemical materials can not be loaded into the stove.
Biomass gasification introduction:
Biomass gasification means incomplete combustion of biomass materials by controlling the air inlet.Biomass materials inside will be flowed by fan and then will turn into gas immediately.This stove adopts fluidized bed pyrolysis.So materials will be coked and blocked.

waste hear boiler is to utilize waste heat,make them into steam.At the same time,cool down the gas then send the cool gas into internal-combustion power generator to get electric power.Gas storage is to make the gas stable,so power can be stable.

This is fluidized-bed biomass gasification plant.The pyrolysis temerature is about 800℃.
2.What kind of biomass materials can be used?
Woodchips,rice husk,straw,palm shell,wood pellets etc.Just make sure they are not in big size.
3.How much gas fuel can be produced?
Each set of our gsification machine can produce 600-6000M3/h.Different modes have different capacities.
4.How about the spec of the gas fuel?
The heat value is about 1500kcal/M3.(Take stevia rebaudiana as an example.)

5.What is the application/usage of the gas fuel?
