This carbonization machine consists of 2 chambers with 4 carts.Load the raw material into cart,it has drying and carbonization modes.At the same time,there is no need to move the raw material.The modes are changed automatically.When the moisture is decreased to lower than 10%,the temperature will increase to 500°c,and then turn into carbonization mode.

The volume is about 1.5m3,the drying time is depend on the mositure of raw material.After the raw material is dried,the chamber will turn into carbonization mode.And the produced gas fuel will directly go into tthe chamber to support the heating.Residual heat will go into the drying chamber.The drying and carbonization modes are changed at the same time.When the drying mode is finished,the carbonization mode of the another chamber begins.And when the carbonization mode finished,the drying mode of the other chamber begins.The whole cycye is repeated.
