Smokeless continuous wood charcoal carbonization furnace
Introduction:
The biomass continuous carbonization furnace consists drying system and carbonization system,which uses all kinds of agricultural ?and forestry wastes as as raw material,like woodchip,rice husk,bamboo,coconut shell,sugarcane etc.Dry materials will be transported into furnace directly and be turned into high-quality charcoal by advanced technology after them are sliced or crushed.This furnace adopts fluidized bed,makes biomass materials flowing and never pile up.So the carbonization efficiency is higher than those furnace with fixed bed.The heating value of charcoal can be up to 7000kcal.The capacity can be 10t or more per day.Besides,the straw charcoal can be used in carbon-based fertilizer.And shell charcoal(coconut shell,palm shell,apricot shell) ,fruit wood charcoal have much low volatile,is very good to used in active carbon. The charcoal products are favored by customers,also widely used in industry,civilian,carbon-based fertilizer production and active carbon production etc.
